Why the Change?

•Plan supports Active Component and Reserve Component
integration by creating a single Army program from two
similar component-oriented programs.

•Accomplishment of this realignment will:

-Improve accreditation standardization across all
proponents and functionally aligned TASS training
battalions.

-Reguire improved coordination between proponents
and TASS training battalions.

-Provide linkage in the TRADOC Title XI program at the
Center level

-Fulfill TRADOC's obligation to return a significant
portion of the AGR personnel investment to the USAR
and ARNG.

- TASS Integration

'The TRADOC TASS Integration Elements
have made a major contribution to the
implementation and sustainment of
Reserve Component TASS institutional
training structure and processes." 8 Jul

"The successful implementation and
continued operations of TASS is a direct
reflection on the dedication and
commitment of the outstanding soldiers
assigned to TIEs and to their precursors
RCEs. As a result, TASS is an accredited
and integrated organization providing high
